PRODUCT RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION/MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR A WRONG ITEM
On receipt, in case it is noticed that the outer packing of the product is damaged or tampered with, immediately verify the quality/quantity of the product against the invoice, before accepting the package from the shipping partner. In case of any discrepancy, either refuse to accept delivery or accept delivery only after putting a suitable remark on the proof of delivery. The customer should also lodge a proper complaint with the local office of the shipping partner, so that Aizome Jeans may peruse the same in future, so as to avoid such occurrences in future.
In case of receipt of product in damaged condition or, with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product has been received, kindly contact us at info@aizomejeans.com, within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
Kindly retain all packaging materials and product until receipt of instructions of the Aizome Jeans regarding the same.
In case of any other complaints, email us at info@aizomejeans.com, within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Do not return any product, before receiving confirmation from Aizome Jeans for the same. In case any product is returned without such confirmation, Aizome Jeans does not guarantee any credit or replacement of the product.
The e-mail should contain comprehensive details of the defects/complaints of the single order/package delivery. Please note that Aizome Jeans shall examine the returned products for all such defects/variations, on the basis of the customer’s e-mails.
All defective products being returned to Aizome Jeans shall be done only through registered airmail/courier.
All shipping costs of returning the defective products back to us over and above such amount paid by customer towards shipping charges while receiving the same from India are to be borne by the customer entirely.
All defective products along with a copy of the invoice, original packing and in the original condition as sent to the customer, shall have to be sent back to Aizome Jeans within ten (10) working days from receipt of confirmation for the same from Aizome Jeans.
Safe receipt of the defective product by Aizome Jeans is the sole responsibility of the customer.
While returning the defective product, kindly mark the package as ‘DEFECTIVE RETURNS’
In case it is found on examination of product/invoice/order receipt that the error has occurred due to the customer, then Aizome Jeans shall make the necessary modifications/alternations, at the cost of the customer. In the rare circumstances when the original fabric is unavailable for purpose of such alterations/modifications, Aizome Jeans may use plain fabric of the same color. Customer may have to bear the cost of such replacement fabric in such rare cases.
REFUNDS
If you’ve received a damaged item or there is a manufacturing defect in the item, we will gladly initiate the refund process for your order. All you have to do is e-mail us on info@aizomejeans.com with your order no. within 24-48 hours of receiving the parcel and the reason for refund request. After getting your refund request, we will process your refund within 4-5 business days. You will receive an e-mail confirming the refund. Your card issuer or bank is responsible for crediting your account therefore, we do not have any control over the described time frame. Please note that amount will be refunded only after receiving the items at our admin office. Once we have received the items in good condition, we will refund you on the payment option you used to purchase the order with.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel the order, please contact our Customer Care on info@aizomejeans.com with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order. After receiving your cancellation request, we will process your request & will refund the amount back to your account. Please note that amount will be refunded only after receiving the items at our admin office. Once we have received the items in good condition, we will refund you on the payment option you used to purchase the order with.
Note: We will deduct 10% transaction charges that we have pay to our payment processors
